On Friday 19th of April, the eTwinning "There and Back Again: A Space Tale" students' team participated with presentation at the 10th Student Conference of Science and Technology (ACSTAC), that took place in Anatolia College, Thessaloniki.
This conference was a great opportunity for students to meet new people, to watch the work of other students, to pose questions and talk about their own work. Their presentation, entitled "A.P.O.I.K.I.A. A Station on the Moon. A start for new transplanetary journeys?" captured the imagination of students, parents, and teachers alike. The young explorers presented their findings and experiences, engaging the audience with their in-depth knowledge and passion for the cosmos.
Afterwards, there was a few minutes time for questions, to which they gave further explanations on how they worked, what was the most interesting and intriguing thing throughout the whole project, how difficult or easy it was for them to create the base and what the A.P.O.I.K.I.A. logo stands for. The students’ ability to articulate their thoughts and answer questions demonstrated their deep understanding and enthusiasm for the project.

In addition to the presentation, the students had the opportunity to broaden their horizons by participating in various STEM-oriented workshops. These workshops provided hands-on experiences and further learning opportunities thus reinforce the practical applications of their theoretical knowledge.
The event was not only a showcase of the students’ achievements but also an inspiration for all attendees to continue exploring the vast potential of science and technology.
